Joyner Lucas gjorde ett starkt avtryck på den amerikanska hiphopscenen i fjol, kanske framförallt med videon till politiska “I’m Not Racist” och efterföljande dissar till bl.a. Lil Pump.
“They say if you want something done then do it yourself. That’s exactly what I did. I got tired of the bullshit and created my own app. What if I told you that you could write music, play the beat, and record what you just did all in the same screen? What if I told you that you can loop any part of that beat you wanted to so you can write to a specific part? What if I told you that if you had writers block and were stuck on a word then I personally supplied a entire dictionary of rhyming words to help you Niggaz out? What if I told you that this app stores all your lyrics, voice notes and beats all in one organized folder so you don’t have to spend hours searching for your shit? Lol I been building this app for 2 years now. No more using 3 phones to play music and write and record at the same time. Thank me later. If your a singer, rapper, poet, or just enjoy making music then I suggest you download #TULLY.”
