Scarface har nu gett en update kring sin hälsa efter att ha genomgick öppen hjärtkirurgi till följd av livshotade hälsoproblem.
Igår postade Geto Boys-legendaren ett inlägg tillägnat kirurgen som räddade hans liv, samtidigt som han gav mer insikt kring hans hälsoproblem som i augusti tvingade honom att läggas in på intensiven. Enligt egen utsago räddades hans liv för att han delade tro med sin skyddsängel. 2006 konverterade Face från kristendom till islam.
“This is the man, one of the most sought after surgeons in the world, when I was told, “this Dr. is hard to get” he’s one of the best if not THE BEST. When I woke up to have a scheduled aortic aneurysm and leaky valve repaired something crazy happened, when he got me cut open, my aneurysm had torn the entire circumference of my aorta ( certain death ) but nope, no surprise to him, I woke 24hrs+ later and I asked him, why me doc, out of all the people you could’ve worked on? He looked up to the heavens and he did this ☝🏻 wow, and again I say I’m grateful….”, skriver Scarface i inlägget.
Det var i ett tidigare inlägg som rapparen även bekräftade att det handlat om en öppen hjärtkirurgi, som kunde gått “hur som helst”. Bilden var från helgens firande under Hip Hop Grandmaster Awards, där fjolårets hederstagare Scarface och Rakim fick ge vidare välförtjänta blommor till pionjärerna Roxanne Shante, Grandmaster Caz och Kool Moe Dee.
