Diplomat Records-producenten just nu på sjukhus, vännerna rapporterar att hans tillstånd är stabilt.

Producenten AraabMUZIK blev utsatt för ett rånförsök som slutade i skottlossning natten mellan onsdag och torsdag. AraabMUZIK befann sig i trakterna runt Providence i sin hemstat Rhode Island när flertalet oidentifierade män försökte råna honom, något som ledde till skjutningen av Araab. Rapparen och Diplomat Records-kollegan Duke Da God gick senare ut med ett meddelande som rapporterade att Araab är vid liv och att hans skador inte är livshotande:

“Rumors have begun to circulate and first and foremost, we want to let everyone know that AraabMUZIK is currently alive and well. He was out in his neighborhood last night with friends and unfortunately the victim of being in the wrong place at the wrong time. He is recovering now and police are investigating the crime. We appreciate all the concern and fan support and Araab is looking forward to a speedy recovery and returning to the stage as soon as he can.”

Duke Da God postade dessutom ett foto på Instagram från sjukhuset, med texten:

“Everyone wish my brother @araabmuzik a healthy & pleasant recovery!!!!”

Polisen undersöker just nu fallet, men har ännu inga gripna.
