Efter att under några års tid firat stora framgångar med skivbolaget Rostrum Records, lämnar nu Mac Miller bolaget efter att kontraktet inte förlängts. Mac Miller släppte debuten via bolaget 2010, “K.I.D.S. (Kickin’ Incredibly Dope Sh*t)” och släppte sitt till dags dato mest framgpngsrika album “Blue Slide Park” via Rostrum Records.

Nu letar Mac Miller efter ett nytt “hem” för de fyra (!) albumprojekt han har redo att släppa under 2014. Till MTV säger Mac:

“Rostrum is my family. That is forever. No matter what, we will always work together. We moved mountains and I can only see them continuing that tradition. I am grateful for everything I learned and am always here for whatever.”

Skivbolagets VD Benjy Grinberg säger:

“Mac is an incredible artist and has a bright career ahead of him. We are proud of the historic run that we had together and we will continue to support him in any way that is needed. We wish him nothing but the best in the future.”
