"You didn’t get no information, you dumb ass n-gga."
Nya uppgifter gör nu gällande att Drake betalat 150 000 dollar för att få fram information om Kendrick Lamar, men lurades.
I en intervju berättar Atlanta-rapparen Coolee Bravo att Drizzy erbjöd honom och hans vänner stora summor pengar för att gräva fram känslig information om Kendrick Lamar.
“This bitch ass n-gga Drake sent n-ggas to Atlanta. He tried to come down here and get some information on Kendrick. Mind you, I can’t get no information on Kendrick because I’m only tied to his friend named L […] They come to me. They tried to give one of my lil’ homies $150,000″, påstår Bravo och fortsätter:
“So I say, ‘What they asking for?’ They say. ‘They wanna know something about Kendrick.’ I said, ‘Kendrick ain’t from Atlanta or fucking Chicago so what the fuck are they asking?’ They said, ‘What do you know about Whitney?’ I said, ‘Whitney who? My girl?’ ‘Cause my girl named Whitney. They said, ‘Nah, Kendrick’s girl.’”
Bravo fortsätter att berätta:
“Whitney is up there with him. That’s a bombshell, they don’t know that. Drake talking all that shit about, ‘Why you live in New York?’ I said, ‘Oh, they stupid. Take the money, I’ma tell them a lie’ […] I told them Kendrick was at fucking L.A. still. They gave me the money and I gave $50,000 to my n-ggas.”
“‘Family [Matters]’ came out and we laughed. I said, ‘That n-gga’s stupid.’ So while Drake was talking about bait, n-gga, we got your money and you ain’t even get nothing. You didn’t get no information, you dumb ass n-gga. Drake is dumb, bruh. He’s a Canadian n-gga trying to get information from Black Americans from the hood. That n-gga’s stupid.”
“That’s why Kendrick said, ‘You came back with no receipts.’ I should have asked for 200! That n-gga went and put out ‘Family [Matters]’ and that’s when Kendrick smoked his ass. He thinks n-ggas gonna tell on him for money.”
Drake har ännu inte adresserat påståendena.
Rapparen presenterade som bekant flera explosiva anklagelser på låten “Family Matters”, bland annat att Kendrick misshandlat sin fru Whitney Alford och att ett av parets barn egentligen var kollegan Dave Frees.
Även om K. Dot inte svarat specifikt på dessa anklagelser har han vid två tillfällen insinuerat att Drake gjort just vad Bravo påstår. På “Euphoria”, hans första disslåt, rappar Kendrick:
“Why would I call around tryna get dirt on n-ggas? Y’all think all my life is rap?/ That’s ho shit, I got a son to raise, but I can see you don’t know nothin’ ’bout that”
På “6:16 In LA” spottar han dessutom:
It was fun until you started to put money in the streets/ Then lost money ’cause they came back with no receipts”
Det återstår att se om vi får klarhet kring vad som är sant. Men nu verkar i alla fall beefen vara över.
