I spåren av coronavirusets spridning över världen så har allt fler kända personer inom sport, musik och film/TV blivit smittade. Under måndagen meddelade brittiska skådespelaren (och rapparen) Idris Elba att han testat positivt för covid-19. Elba har senaste åren synts i bl.a TV-serien “Luther” samt Netflix-filmen “Turn Up Charlie”. Han postade en video på Twitter och meddelade att han har milda symptom:
“This morning I tested positive for Covid 19.” The tweet also read, “I feel ok, I have no symptoms so far but have been isolated since I found out about my possible exposure to the virus. Stay home people and be pragmatic.”
I videon säger han bland annat:
“This is serious you know. Now is the time to really think about social distancing [and] washing your hands. Beyond that, there are people out there who aren’t showing symptoms and can easily spread it. So, now is a real time to be vigilant about washing your hands and keeping your distance. Transparency is probably the best thing for this right now.”
