I dag finns basketspelet “NBA 2K21” tillgängligt för nya Xbox Series X och S, samt nästa vecka till PlayStation 5. I samband med lanseringen av dessa next gen-konsoler utökar 2K Sports nu soundtracket till spelet med hela 150 låtar – och erbjuder samtidigt lyssnare att förhandslyssna på fem låtar från 2 Chainz nya album “So Help Me God”. 2 Chainz säger i ett pressutskick:

“I’m always looking at new ways to drop new music and connect with my fans. Premiering my music in NBA 2K21 is an incredible , exciting opportunity. Music and sports go hand in hand, rappers wanna be athletes and athletes want to be rappers. 2K has grown into a leading music platform and we wanted to bring the NBA 2K community these hits to ball out to in The City or at the 2K Beach.”

Förhandslyssningen sker på torsdag 12:e november i spelet. 2 Chainz förklarar även valet av omslag till albumet “So Help Me God” släpps nu på fredag:

“Lot of artists have used baby pics to tell their story but this one different! this is 8th grade me, a proof pic bc we couldn’t afford to order the picture package and yes I had on 2 chains.”
